The artists responsible for this mural come from very different horizons. Elliott is fascinated by networks of all shapes and sizes: from urban maps to computer motherboards. Kenia is inspired by the culture of her native Bolivia. The woven fabrics from her country with their vibrant colours and striking patterns are deeply rooted in tradition and are an echo of our collective memory - much like the more discreet textiles made in Lyon. Their art is a cross-fertilisation of their artistic inspiration and perception of citizens forever on the move, weaving creative bonds fuelled by diversity and plurality.
