Plants are beautiful at night... and in the beautiful setting of the Parc de la Tête d'Or, in and around the Rose Garden fountain, real plants give off light, come to life and vibrate... much to the delight of the eyes and imagination of audiences! Plant designer Sophie Hombert has been inspired by the power of Lyon's largest park, known as the city’s “green lung”, in particular by the diversity of species, its popularity and reach, and the stories and characters linked to this public space. Thanks to a fluorescent, biodegradable and nutritious serum that spreads through the capillaries, plants reveal the veins and wonderful patterning in their foliage. Darkness is the perfect setting!
