This creative duo has produced over a hundred artworks in France and in many other countries around the world. Whether for its mural paintings, video mapping, image animation or experimentation, the tandem is definitely in the must-see category! Gilbert Coudène founded the Cité de la Création in 1978 and is a graduate of the Émile-Cohl school of art, as is Étienne Guiol, a scenographer-designer who has worked on international artistic events and major operas. These two enthusiasts, who both love Lyon, work separately and together to reveal memories, paint in light, make people dream, innovate and pass on their knowledge.
