Trained as an architect and heading his own studio since 2000, Lyon-born Jacques Rival excels in creating urban scenography. He champions "lightness" and "fantasy" in his luminous designs, which resonate on both universal and personal levels. This marks his ninth participation in the Festival of Lights. For the past twenty-four years, he has journeyed across France and Europe, bringing a "childlike sense of wonder" to his audiences. And they are captivated!
