Architect and artist Jérémie Bellot gives us his vision of space and the city, treading the line between the real and the virtual. He uses architecture as his raw material, shaping and transforming it with pixels, sound, and light to reveal its deep connection to mankind. Jérémie Bellot is the founder of AV Exciters, a collective of architects, graphic artists, musicians, and engineers, and director of the Centre for Digital Arts at the Château de Beaugency, the only project of its kind in France. For Eikosis he is collaborating with Lieux Numériques, a non-profit which promotes collaborative projects involving heritage sites and digital art.
In 2021, Jérémie Bellot won the Trophy of Lights for his mapping of Saint-Jean Cathedral, with an installation entitled Iris.
