Look up to the sky and admire the galaxy just over your head. Believe it or not, you are on the rue de la République. As you stroll down the street, you advance further into a world inhabited by celestial floating bodies with their changing hues – the planetoids. There is no need to peer through a telescope, they are visible to the naked eye, just above your head: each aluminium disk reflects the changing colours of the dancing light creating an otherworldly mood. Each planet is unique as it was laser cut then sculpted by hand. Wherever you stand, you see a different facet of the installation. Take a step back, and admire the moving tableau of a multitude of illuminated stars.
